  • Jason Gilbert

Jason Gilbert is a leading sports practitioner and functional health expert with more than 30 years of experience, including long-term work with the World Surf League. Based in Byron Bay, he brings a depth of clinical knowledge to his role at Cell Regen, where he specialises in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and advanced recovery methods.

Jason’s interest in HBOT began through his own healing journey with mercury toxicity, which shaped his commitment to safe and effective hyperbaric practice. As an author, keynote speaker and educator, he is known for making complex science accessible and grounded in real-world application.

His work centres on helping people optimise performance, enhance resilience and improve long-term health through evidence-based strategies, biohacking principles and targeted recovery protocols. At the heart of his approach is a clear aim: to empower individuals with the tools and understanding they need to heal deeply and thrive.

  • Ebany Holloway

Ebany Holloway is a degree-qualified clinical naturopath and the founder of Bona Dea Naturopathy. Her work centres on curiosity, balance and the belief that true healing begins by treating the body as an integrated whole. She is dedicated to helping people reconnect with their innate vitality by addressing root causes rather than surface symptoms.

Ebany’s multi-therapeutic approach blends modern science and functional testing with the timeless foundations of nutrition and restorative practices. She sees the future of health in this integration, where advanced therapies such as hyperbaric medicine sit comfortably alongside simple and sustainable daily habits.

Her key areas of interest include mental health, fatigue and burnout, complex gut conditions and hormonal balance. Above all, she aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to support long-term autonomous health.

  • Lisa-Mae

Lisa-Mae is a devoted mother living a wholesome life in Byron Bay, where she continues the holistic values she was raised with in a family who helped pioneer macrobiotics, meditation, yoga and Tantra in Australia. Her lifelong passion for natural health and community wellbeing has shaped a diverse professional path.

She has worked as a special effects hair and makeup artist for Channel 7, supported personal growth workshops with Spectra 2000 Loveworks and spent time in the modelling industry, including work with New South Wales Tourism. These experiences strengthened her interest in natural rejuvenation and made her transition into healing therapies and hyperbaric oxygen therapy a natural next step.

An active member of the Byron community, Lisa-Mae volunteers in wildlife rescue, surfs Byron’s iconic waves and plays drums in a local community group. Her grounding in wellbeing, natural healing and authentic connection continues to guide her commitment to transformative health practices.
